If you are  between 16-24 and if you can't see any future in what you are doing right now or just need a kick start in life then the Southland ALIVE Programme is  for you.

 You’ll get to experience:

• Abseiling
• Kayaking
• Rock Climbing
• Caving
• Tramping 
• Team work
• Personal development

   

 Following the outdoor component, you will be mentored and supported for up to 12 weeks with personal development, further education and employment support.

Learn valuable life skills in:

• Cooking
• Leadership
• Healthy living
• Budgeting
• Goal setting
• and that’s just for starters…
